Keweenaw Chevrolet made car buying a pleasant experience. They had to travel all the way to Ohio to get the Suburban LS I wanted and I was still able to drive the vehicle off the lot in 6 days from the date I placed the order.

This is the first of what I would refer to as a bad experience at your dealership. The problem was is in the service area. The person who was helping me this time (Brian Gariept) It was the first time that I've delt with him. I definitely got the feeling he did not like me questioning about the problems I had with my truck. I definitely got the feeling to go away and stop complaining. I must say, though the other service agents saw this and one of them, followed me out of the service area. And was outstanding in answering my questions and finding a solution to my perceived problems.I I will definitely try to avoid him next time.

I just had my Buick Envision serviced at Keweenaw Chevrolet GMC Dealership this past week. My experience was very professional as usual and I was treated with courtesy by the service department. They always do a great job for me and I always feel confident in their expertise. I will always bring my vehicle to them for any problems or questions I might have.

Had run in to trouble removing transmission line from radiator. Service people were very careful and considerate avoiding having to replace radiator. We’re in constant contact with me informing me of progress. They did avoid punching a hole in radiator. Job well done by Jared and crew

This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from a car dealership. I was not familiar with how the process worked, and it was a learning experience for me. It was good. The only criticism I have is that I had about 3 different people working with me at one point over the course of a couple days. The one sales person that was assigned to me was great, super knowledgeable. But he was way too busy to even get a chance to talk to me about the vehicle until I was already in the process of purchasing it. Other than that, the staff was helpful and friendly and really took their time to teach us about the new car and its features.

I requested an alignment check, partly Beira a 6 hour round trip to have that all too common issue resolved. I have purchased many new 3/4 ton pickup trucks and it was always a flip of the coin, if they were in spec. Unfortunately that request was ignored and I was given the standard you have to wait until?????????

I had an incredible experience from my first call to maintenance completion. After being very frustrated with GM's online maintenance scheduling, which is completely useless, my attitude towards GM was completely changed by the folks at Keweenaw Chevrolet. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly. I was able to schedule an appointment for maintenance the same day I called. The check-in was very quick, and all the maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) was completed in under 30 minutes. It could not have gone better. Oh, wait, it could. Because it was my first maintenance appointment, it was free. I drove 90 miles for this appointment because of the great experience I had when I purchased my vehicle from Keweenaw Chevrolet. It was well worth the drive. They are great ambassadors for GM!!!

Overall, everything was good. I was able to make my deal within a half hour to 45 minutes. The only issue is it took four days to get my Tonto cover and running boards installed due to the fact, they didn’t have any in stock.

We had bought s car in December and did not try the AC until it got hot in May. It did not work at all. Kew Chev technicians looked at it and said they would fix it free of charge as they couldn’t find a leak and the reservoir was empty, so it must have been an issue before we bought it. They fixed it and now the AC has been working well!

Brady was great with getting me set up for the right vehicle.

A lot of muddy footprints in the bed after the tourneau cover was installed, the floor mat was on top of the throttle pedal and the idle rpm would not drop below 1000 RPM, the wait time for my plate was unacceptable, can’t all be blamed on Seceraty or State!

I inquired about a vehicle that they had on their website. When I started asking more questions about it, it became clear that the vehicle didn't have exactly what I wanted. They assured me that they would find me what I was looking for, and they delivered. I am now the proud owner of a Cypress Grey 2025 Chevy Tahoe that has all of the features that I was hoping for. Erich Walter was exceptional in keeping me updated through the entire process.

I just thoroughly enjoyed my Trax but I live in snow country and was in the need for a car with AWD! I traded my Trax for a Trailblazer. I'm sure I will enjoy my Trailblazer as much as I did my Trax! My concern is for all the add on, features, accessories that you offer that consumers really don't need or care to use that increases the cost of the vehicle to the consumer!

Anytime I have had a problem and called the garage, I have always been taken in right away and services are always the best. This is why I always come to your garage except for when I am away for winter because I know the service is the best.

I was sent home with a note stating that the plug tester I was using on the 120V plug in the bed not for vehicle use, at home a tried a 120v device with two blade polarized ground plug and a device with two blade and round ground plug, neither worked with the engine running at idle. I don’t feel the problem was corrected.

Had first oil change and asked about alignment as truck was pulling to left. They changed oil and said they adjusted alignment. Truck still pulls to left, steering wheel is about 5 degrees to keep vesicle straight on highway, very annoying

The dealer is Fine - its the radio ( Info center) in my truck that sucks, The radio goes out for a couple seconds all the time! mt morning commute is 3 minutes, the other day the radio stopped 9 times in that 3 minutes. GM needs to do something about this.
